How It Works
1. Move into Arden & enroll in the program.
Enjoy modern rental living. When you’re ready for your rental dollars to pave the way to future ownership, enroll in the PATH Home program. Just contact your rental leasing agent or property manager to complete your enrollment form.
2. Earn credits every month.
Starting in April 2026, you can accumulate a credit equal to 25% of your monthly rent, which may be applied toward the purchase price of your future PATH home.
3. Take the next step when you’re ready.
When you’re prepared to buy, apply your collected credits to the purchase price of any PATH for-sale home.
Program Conditions
One lease. One credit.
The PATH Home Program is tied to your tenancy agreement.
- Only one membership and one accumulated credit balance per lease
- If two tenants are named on a lease, they enroll jointly under one shared membership
- Credits cannot be split, duplicated or transferred between tenants
Key Details
- Available exclusively to residents of Vantage and Arden Apartments in Colwood
- Credits begin accumulating from your enrollment date (no retroactive credits)
- Maximum redemption is 5% of the home’s purchase price before GST
- GST, Property Transfer Tax, and mortgage approvals are based on the full purchase price before credits
- Credits must be redeemed while you are an active tenant in good standing
- Credits cannot be combined with other PATH incentives or promotions
- Credits have no cash value and are non transferable
Eligibility
- Must be 19 years or older
- Must be a current tenant at Vantage or Arden Apartments
- Individual residents only
- Joint tenants enroll together under one shared credit
